  • Nishwa Khalil receives the USQ Scholarship


    Nishwa Khalil makes it three in a row for MDi Pakistan! (August 19, 2010): Nishwa Khalil has become the third MDi student in a row to win the USQ International Partner Scholarship Prize this August 2010. Nishwa was selected from amongst 8,000 students worldwide for the award. The award jury comprised of USQ faculty and staff, and the award itself is regarded as one of the major USQ awards available to students.

  • MDi Graduation and Award Distribution Ceremony – May 29, 2010

    Graduates and award winning students of the University of Southern Queensland BBA program were honoured on May 29, 2010 at a ceremony arranged by MDi Pakistan. The event was chaired by Mr. Khawar Ansari who leads the IFC/World Bank Corporate Governance Program in Pakistan.

  • MDi student receives the coveted USQ International Partner Prize for 2009 - April 19, 2010

    It gives us great pleasure to announce that Ms. Kanza Zia has been selected by USQ faculty and staff as the most deserving candidate for the USQ International Partner Prize for 2009. She has also been awarded a second USQ Dean’s Award for her outstanding performance in S3 2009.

  • MDi Pakistan and The City School compete in table tennis - March 13, 2010

    Students and staff of Management Development Institute (MDi Pakistan) arranged a table tennis competition with The City School on March 13, 2010. The event was intended to promote a stronger relationship between the two institutions, and to provide a healthy platform for competition between students.

  • MDi Pakistan hosts Table Tennis Competition for St. Joseph’s Hospice - January 02, 2010

    Students and staff of MDi Pakistan hosted a table tennis competition on January 02, 2010 to raise funds for St. Joseph’s Hospice – a charitable organization located in Westridge, Rawalpindi. The hospice takes care of many less-fortunate and disabled individuals regardless of faith and / or culture. The MDi team collected donations in the form of money as well as newspapers and clothes for the hospice.

     

  • MDi student receives the coveted USQ International Partner Prize - August 2009

    Katryna Navyzynska, a USQ BBA Final Year student at MDi Pakistan, has been awarded the prestigious USQ International Partner Prize for 2009. The award is considered as the highest level of recognition for a USQ partner institution student, and is awarded once a year to only 8 students out of 8,000 international students enrolled with USQ. It includes a financial scholarship in addition to a certificate of achievement and strong academic references provided by USQ faculty.

  • Corporate executives attend Marketing presentations at MDi Pakistan

    Executives from some of Pakistan’s most prestigious companies attended Marketing presentations at MDi Pakistan on June 09, 2009. The theme chosen for this year’s presentation session was titled ‘New Product Development’, where Year 1 BBA students presented various new product/service concepts based on certain consumer needs that yet remain unattended in Pakistan.

  • Alumni Reception at Australian High Commission

    The MDi Pakistan undergraduate program team and recent USQ BBA graduates were invited to attend an Australian alumni reception hosted at the Australian High Commission – Islamabad on February 06, 2009. The MDi staff and students had the honor of meeting Ms. Zorica McCarthy, the Australian High Commissioner to Pakistan, along with several key officers of the High Commission.
